Hi there! I’m Anna Mangino, a Licensed Educational Psychologist with a passion for unlocking potential, one bright mind at a time. Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked in urban, suburban, and rural districts—ranging from 20,000 students to just 800—spanning from snowy upstate New York to sun-soaked California.

My Belief
These experiences have shaped my deep belief that every child learns differently, but every child can learn—when we take the time to understand how they learn best, and teach in ways that truly reach them.

My Approach
I see each evaluation not just as data, but as an opportunity to uncover a wealth of knowledge about a student’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning style. When we understand how a child thinks and learns, we equip parents, teachers, and students themselves with meaningful insight to nurture their strengths and support their growth with intention.

I founded Bright Insights to be a trusted space where students are seen as whole individuals, families feel supported, and educators are empowered with practical strategies. With curiosity, compassion, and a little creativity, we’ll turn challenges into insights—and insights into action. Let’s help every learner find their spark!

Beyond the Work
And when the workday ends, I’m gaining even more perspective as a Mom to my own two little firecrackers—ages three and six—who remind me daily that no two children are alike. Living the highs, hiccups, and heart-bursts of parenthood reinforces what I know to be true: every child blossoms in their own way, and meeting them where they are makes all the difference.
